• Aluminium Glazed Fire Door EI 120 – Commercial name: VITRALL
  Lightweight yet robust, this door provides 120 minutes of certified fire resistance with a sleek anodized aluminium frame. Ideal for modern interiors requiring both fire protection and visual transparency.
• Steel Glazed Fire Door EI 60 – Commercial name: VECTRA
  Built with high-strength galvanized steel, this door delivers 60 minutes of certified fire resistance and excels in industrial or high-traffic environments demanding durability and safety.Both models are CE-compliant and designed for internal use with safety handles, smoke seals, and overhead closers to meet strict European standards.

Comprised of

• Frame:
  • Steel – High-resistant galvanized steel, 15/10 thickness, with thermic cutting and internal insulation
  • Aluminium – Full aluminium profiles (55 x 96 mm), with double thermal break and insulation inserts
• Fastening: Standard fastening with anchors, on request with screws. Lower spacer as an installing template.
• Leaf:
  • Steel – 50 mm thick galvanized steel leaves with rabbet flanges and thermo-insulating material
  • Aluminium – Aluminum leaves, fanlights, fixed panels, and glazing beads with thermo-insulating inserts
• Seal:
  • Steel – Silicone seals for cold smoke; thermo-expanding seals for hot smoke
  • Aluminum – EPDM double seal for cold smoke; thermo-expanding seal for hot smoke
• Hinges:
  • Steel – Adjustable with thrust bearing and bushings, RAL 9005 black powder-coated
  • Aluminium – Three-flange adjustable hinge, RAL 9005 black powder-coated
• Subframe:
  • Steel & Aluminium – Tubular galvanized steel (60×20×2 mm), to be fixed with anchors or dowels (ordered separately)
• Handle:
  • Steel – Fireproof curved handle, anti-garment hooking, DIN safety compliant
  • Aluminium – Fireproof curved handle, DIN EN 1906:2002-05 compliant
• Lock:
  • Steel – Fireproof lock, DIN compliant, with Yale cylinder
  • Aluminium – Fireproof lock, CE EN 12209:2003/AC:2005 compliant, with Yale cylinder
• Flush Bolt:
  • Steel & Aluminium – On secondary leaf, fixed closing shaft, self-locking
• Plate: Metal plate containing door ID data.
• Door Selector:
  • Steel & Aluminium – Compliant with CE EN 1158:2003 for correct closing order
• Overhead Door Selector:
  • Steel & Aluminium – Mandatory leaf-closing mechanism
• Glass:
