Comprised of

• Frame: Galvanized steel “Z” frame, 20/10 thickness, without lower layer, with full-perimeter thermo-expanding hot-smoke seal and strong wall anchors; lower spacer acts as an installation template.
• Leaf: 60 mm highly compact leaf made of double galvanized steel sheets with press-bent flanges, high-density internal insulation, and internal reinforcement for door closer and panic bar.
  Single-leaf closing via adjustable spring integrated in one hinge.
• Hinges: CE-marked adjustable hinges with a friction-free 3-ball-bearing system, compliant with EN 1935.
• Handle: Black DIN 18273-certified handle with U-shaped steel core, mounted at 950 mm height.
• Lock: CE-marked fireproof lock with latch and deadbolt (EN 12209) plus European cylinder supplied with three keys.
• Two Leaf Doors: Two-leaf models include counter lock, self-locking upper and lower flush bolts, lever release, floor bushing, and a CE-marked EN 1158 door selector.
• Seal: Thermo-expanding for hot smoke along the whole perimeter, fully equipped with strong anchors for installing on the wall. Lower spacer as an installing template.
• Finishing: Epoxy-polyester powder-coated, embossed, scratch-resistant finish in RAL 7035 light grey.
