  • Sliding Pedestrian Door (Integrated in Mine Door):
    Ideal for high-pressure environments with limited wall space, this pedestrian door is built into the main mine door structure.

    It features:

    A dual-roller trolley system for low-friction operation.
    Bottom-mounted roller bearings for smooth, stable gliding.
    A gravity-closure mechanism to ensure automatic return to a closed position after use
    This design is optimal when standalone pedestrian doors cannot be installed beside the main door.
  • High-Pressure Opposing Wing Pedestrian Door:
    Designed using the same opposing wing principle as our large-scale mine doors, this model naturally offsets static pressure, making it easy to operate in high-pressure conditions.

    Rated up to 20” Water Gauge.
    Offers smooth operation with minimal risk of slamming.
    Suitable for areas with extreme ventilation pressure differentials
  • Concave Pedestrian Door:
    A spring-assisted rotating door mounted in a steel channel frame. Engineered for locations with strong air currents or high-pressure zones, it includes:

    A torsion spring closure system to keep the door secure.
    A design that withstands wind gusts and pressure changes.
    Hands-free closure for improved safety
  • Airlock Box (Dual Man-Way Chamber):
    A box-style chamber with two independent pedestrian doors that allow miners to move safely between zones with different air pressures without disrupting ventilation flow.

    Prevents sudden air pressure loss.
    Customizable in width, height, and length.
    Enables secure and controlled personnel movement across ventilation boundaries
  • Airlock Personnel Tunnel:
    This fully enclosed pedestrian airlock system includes:

    A pedestrian door
    A short tunnel
    A second pedestrian door
    All as part of a single modular assembly.

    It can be fitted with either a Concave Door or Opposing Wing Door, depending on pressure requirements.
    Supports seamless personnel transfer between different ventilation zones.
