Steel Structure:
Dual fabric layers fold in opposite directions, secured to horizontal steel or aluminum beams. Minimum thickness: 600 mm. Intermediate beams with self-lubricating polyamide tires retract without obstructing the door opening.
Bottom Beams:
Engineered to support wind loads and intermediate beam weight. Ensures full sealing and stability under extreme weather.

Side Guides:
Constructed from structural steel with bolt-fixed aluminum rails. Designed for weather-sealing and easy replacement if damaged.

Drive System & Limit Switching:
Double motors ensure balanced lifting. Redundant limit switches with built-in safety logic prevent overtravel. System includes slack rope detection for safe shutdown.
